Plot:

Mashiro has a problem; he's not quite like other boys. In fact, he's only half like other boys. Mashiro's deepest secret is that he is a hermaphrodite. As puberty approaches, things become convoluted. A mysterious nurse appears and tells Mashiro he will need to dream-walk in the secret nurse's office under the school. Only there can he make his choice and resolve things once and for all. Will he be a boy? Or will she be a girl?

What I thought:
Beautiful and spooky. Very evocative mood. I've come to appreciate Mizushiro-sensei for her understated dialogue. You know there is so much going on beneath the surface and inside the characters' minds, but she keeps you guessing as to what. Her female characters don't drive me up the wall, and I would applaud Mashiro for whomever he chose (though Kureha's methods are starting to bother me).
