Book Mart : Used manga, doujinshi, and more. The prices are decent, but the cost of shipping from Japan can be steap.
Comic Market Online Shopping Web Site : Linked to from the Comiket official page, I can only assume this doujinshi store is for real. They ship internationally only (i.e. - not inside Japan).
